Zhejiang Chaoxiang New Energy Co., Ltd. has officially completed the delivery of a batch of 800kW mobile charging piles customized and developed for Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and has shipped them to Türkiye for export. This batch of equipment will be used in conjunction with mining operations in Türkiye to meet the mobile energy replenishment needs of electric equipment in mining areas.
The technical leader of Chaoxiang New Energy introduced that the charging equipment exported this time has a rated power of 800kW and is equipped with two independent 600kW charging terminals, which can simultaneously provide high-power fast charging for two large electric mining trucks or construction machinery. Different from traditional fixed charging piles, this equipment adopts a mobile structural design and is integrated onto a heavy-duty customized trailer platform. After the mining task in one mining area is completed, there is no need to remove the civil foundation, and the equipment can be towed by a trailer to the next mining area for direct use. This design effectively reduces the repeated investment cost of charging facilities for customers in multi-mining area rotation operations and improves the utilization efficiency of fixed assets.
In response to the actual working conditions in Turkish mines, such as high dust levels, high temperatures, and significant topographical variations, Chaoxiang New Energy has conducted a specialized adaptability design for this batch of equipment. Enhancements have been made in terms of structural protection, cooling systems, and seismic performance to meet the reliability requirements for long-duration, high-intensity, and continuous operations in mining areas.
Türkiye is rich in mineral resources and has an active mining industry, currently undergoing a phase of energy structure adjustment. High-power mobile charging equipment with high mobility and reusability has a clear application demand in such markets. Chaoxiang New Energy stated that it will continue to focus on special operation scenarios such as mining areas, ports, and infrastructure construction sites, promoting the serialization and international development of high-power mobile charging technology.
